This User Agreement is formulated and published by Beijing Tianxing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or the "Company"). The provider of the Tianxing Intelligent App and related services is Beijing Tianxing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.

1. You must provide real and accurate information to register your account. 2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities conducted under your account. 3. You may not transfer, sell, or lend your account to others without our prior written consent. 4. If you discover unauthorized access or a security vulnerability in your account, please contact us immediately.

1. SweetStar Intelligence provides health information organization, patient education, and supportive care management. 2. All services provided by SweetStar Intelligence do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment advice and cannot replace professional medical advice from doctors or other healthcare providers. 3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of our services as business needs dictate. 4. For any changes, suspensions, or terminations of our services, we will notify users in advance through reasonable channels.

By using SweetStar Smart Services, you agree to: 1. Comply with applicable laws and regulations in the People's Republic of China 2. Not use the services for any illegal or non-compliant activities 3. Not upload false or misleading health information 4. Not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the services 5. Not access other users' accounts or data without authorization 6. Respect the privacy and rights of other users

1. All content in the Sweet Star Smart App, including but not limited to software, text, images, audio, video, charts, interface designs, and layouts, is protected by intellectual property laws. 2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, disseminate, display, or otherwise use such content without our prior written permission. 3. Content you upload or publish within the Service remains your intellectual property; however, you grant us a license to use it within the Service.

1. We may modify this User Agreement from time to time as needed. Updated terms will be published within the app. 2. If you do not agree to the modified agreement, you have the right to stop using the service and cancel your account. 3. We reserve the right to terminate services for you when necessary, including but not limited to: - Violation of this agreement by you - Requirements of laws or regulations - Security or operational needs

1. SweetStar Intelligence provides health information organization and auxiliary management services, not medical diagnosis or treatment advice. 2. For adjustments to medications, insulin dosages, or treatment plans, consult a qualified healthcare professional. 3. We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, third-party service outages, or issues beyond our control. 4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use our services. 5. In case of an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

1. This User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. 2. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties. 3. If negotiations fail, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court at the company's location.
